A complete discovery workshop kit in one Word document. Part A helps you prepare: objectives written as outcomes, scope boundaries, the right participants, pre-reads and a facilitator checklist. Part B is a timed half-day agenda with methods and outputs for each item. Part C gives the scribe structured tables for the current-state walkthrough, pain points, draft requirements, data and integrations, decisions, actions, parking lot and risks. Part D turns the session into a one-page summary and follow-up checklist. Facilitation guidance covers difficult situations and ERP-specific questions. Built for functional consultants and business analysts.
