Built around the PMP Exam Content Outline that PMI introduced in July 2026, with its three domains: People (33%), Process (41%) and Business Environment (26%). The Study Plan sheet schedules weekly study blocks and compares planned with actual hours. The ECO Task Tracker lists all 26 tasks so you can rate your confidence, log practice scores and decide what to revise next. The Practice Exams sheet records each mock exam with domain-level results and lessons learned. The Summary shows hours completed, weak tasks and your best and average scores. For working professionals who want a disciplined, evidence-based route to exam day.

How to use it
- Confirm the current outline before you start. This planner follows the PMP exam update PMI introduced in July 2026, with People at 33%, Process at 41% and Business Environment at 26% (source: pmi.org/certifications/project-management-pmp/new-exam). Download the full Exam Content Outline from pmi.org and check it against the ECO Task Tracker.
- Set your target exam date, then work backward on the Study Plan sheet. Allocate more weeks to Process and Business Environment, in line with their weights and your experience gaps.
- On the ECO Task Tracker, rate your confidence on every task before you study. Rate again after each practice exam.
- Log every practice exam or domain quiz on the Practice Exams sheet, including domain-level percentages if your question bank provides them.
- Each week, record actual hours and set Status. Anything marked Behind gets rescheduled, not dropped.
- Use the Summary to find weak tasks (rated 1 or 2) and plan the next week around them.
- Book the exam when your recent full-length mock scores are consistent and no task is rated below 3.
