A sponsor-ready weekly status report template that puts decisions and overall health on the first page and detail in clear tables. It covers overall status and trend, status by dimension with agreed RAG definitions, accomplishments, next-period plans, milestones with baseline and forecast dates, a budget snapshot, top risks and issues, change requests and dependencies. Built-in guidance shows how to write an executive summary leaders actually read, how to avoid green-on-the-outside reporting, and how to escalate with specific requests. Includes an illustrative example summary and a pre-send checklist. Suited to ERP, IT and transformation projects of any size.
