Two US distribution businesses had supply chain processes that had grown through workarounds. Costs were high, cycle times were long, and the ERP was not being used to its potential.
What I did
- Mapped current-state supply chain, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and inventory processes
- Redesigned processes around Dynamics 365 standard capabilities instead of custom workarounds
- Led the transformation through go-live and measured results afterwards
- Authored a business value realisation summary for the executive team
