The challenge
A US retailer running stores, e-commerce and service operations needed one connected ERP backbone. Order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, retail and commerce all had to work together with a point-of-sale system, EDI trading partners and a third-party warehouse management system, without disrupting day-to-day trading.
What I did
- Acted as Business Transformation Manager and Solution Lead across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, retail and commerce, and inventory workstreams
- Designed the integration landscape for 12+ third-party systems, including POS, SPS Commerce EDI and a third-party WMS
- Authored 40+ functional design documents and ran fit-gap workshops with business owners
- Governed development, UAT and go-live readiness with the client and delivery teams
