The challenge
A global agri-science business needed a consistent Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solution across regions with different legal, tax and operating requirements, plus integration with CRM and global operational apps.
What I did
- Managed delivery of the rollout across EMEA, LATAM and APAC
- Produced client-ready solution designs and error analysis for leadership reviews
- Configured order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and engineering change management (ECM)
- Designed Power Apps integration for global operations and coordinated CRM integration
