The challenge
Consulting teams spent hours searching documentation to design solutions, onboard new joiners and answer support questions. Knowledge was everywhere, but hard to find when it mattered.
What I did
- Architected a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) platform grounded in the Microsoft Learn knowledge base
- Designed it around real consulting tasks: solution design, onboarding and support queries
- Rolled it out to consulting teams and refined it from their feedback
