IIM Kashipur: Executive MBA in Supply Chain and Strategy
Executive MBA in Supply Chain and Strategy while leading live ERP programs, plus an international immersion in Greece.
Learning strategy by day in class and applying it the same week on live ERP programs.
The challenge
Delivering ERP projects well is not enough to lead transformation. I wanted the strategy, finance and supply chain lens that executives use to make decisions.
What I did
- Completed an Executive MBA in Supply Chain and Strategy at IIM Kashipur while working full time
- Applied course frameworks directly to client business cases and supply chain redesigns
- Completed International Business Strategy at Alba Business School, Greece, during an international immersion program
The impact
- A strategy and finance lens I now bring to C-suite conversations
- Stronger business cases and value realisation on ERP programs
- A recommendation letter from a Director at the American College of Greece
Tools and methods
Supply chain strategy, corporate strategy, managerial finance, international business, business case design.
