IIT Patna: Generative AI Program

Generative AI program at IIT Patna, turned straight into enterprise AI work on Dynamics 365.

From classroom to production: what I learned at IIT Patna is now running inside real ERP programs.

The challenge

Generative AI was changing how ERP work gets done. To lead that change for clients, I needed depth beyond product demos: how the models work, where they fail and how to use them responsibly.

What I did

  • Completed the Generative AI program at IIT Patna (2025 to 2026), including Generative AI for Business
  • Applied the learning to build Docupilot, an enterprise RAG platform
  • Used it to design MCP-based AI agents and guide Copilot adoption on Dynamics 365
  • Earned Microsoft AI Business Professional (AB-730) and AI Transformation Leader (AB-731) certifications

The impact

  • Academic depth behind practical AI delivery
  • AI solutions grounded in how models really behave
  • A credible voice for AI strategy with business leaders

Tools and methods

Generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, responsible AI.
