The challenge
Small and growing businesses needed practical help with digital transformation, ERP decisions and growth, but rarely had access to experienced consulting support.
What I did
- Founded and operated pran4you, a registered business consultancy
- Advised 10+ SME and MSME clients on digital transformation, ERP strategy and process automation
- Partnered with state-level bodies on business development and structured growth frameworks
- Built the company brand, website and Google Business presence from scratch
